Yes! Our very first workshop in the English language! This afternoon the focus is on Hongary. Hongary has developed it’s wine industry very rapidly after the fall of the Berlin wall. It’s winemakers dare to experiment and there is a vast variety of indigenous grapes such as furmint, hárslevelű and zéta.

This afternoon we focus ourselves on the oldest still producing winery in Hungary: Apatsagi Pannonhalma. This winery is housed in a former Abby that dates back to 996 AC. Prepare yourself for drinking some pretty awesome wines under the guidance of the winemaker himself! And last but not least: at het end of this workshop you get to take 2 of the most prestigious wines of Pannonhalmi home with you!
